Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan later?Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your Subscription page. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
What happens when I cancel?Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. You keep access to everything you paid for until then.
Do you offer a free trial?Eligible paid plans include a trial period — when available it's shown on the plan's subscribe button. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
Which plan includes API access?Programmatic REST + WebSocket API access is included with Pro+. Lower tiers cover the full web app and alerts.
How do coupons work?Redeem coupons from your Coupons page. Eligible coupons apply a discount to your subscription at checkout via Stripe.
